Warranties of the goods supplied are provided by the manufacturer. The terms and conditions of each items warranty is supplied with the goods.
It is in our interests, to supply goods backed by reputable manufacturers and suppliers, who have a history of good service, quality products and support.
DIY Pool and Heating Systems - We provide information, through instruction manuals and verbally, on the correct procedures for the installation of equipment. We also provide an onsite service for installation advice for a small fee, where possible.
If the goods are damaged as a result of incorrect installation, the warranty may be void.
It is in our interests to provide good quality goods that are fit for the purpose intended. We provide extensive information on the purchase of the correct goods for their intended purpose. We may also ask for details for the use of the intended goods in order that you, the customer does not purchase incorrect goods.
We cannot be held liable for the supply of goods that are not fit for purpose, when the incorrect information is given.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are not entitled to refund for a product if there is no breach of a consumer guarantee, for example, if you:
- changed your mind
- ordered the wrong product
- found the product cheaper elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, such as if the fault was written on the tag, or indicated in the photos or item description online
- damaged the product by misusing it.
- used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
You may be entitled to a replacement if:
- there is a problem with the product
- We will negotiate with you if you simply bought the wrong product, and wish to exchange it for the correct product. This will be on our terms.
To complete your return / replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If goods are purchased in error, and the correct item identified, we reserve the right to exchange the goods, and make adjustments in costs. As per our refund policy, the goods exchanged must be undamaged and unopened in their original package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
